These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the cleaning services provided by Guallpa Enterprise LLC dba Fresh N Clean (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom add-on services.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Time windows are approximate and may vary due to traffic, job length, or weather conditions.

Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain access, fees may apply.

3. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice:
Subject to a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater.

Same-day cancellations or lockouts:
Billed at 100% of the service cost.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing is based on the information provided by the customer.
If the home is significantly dirtier, larger, or more cluttered than described, rates may be adjusted.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH, or online payments.

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

The guarantee does not apply to items or areas we were unable to access, or to situations where conditions changed after the cleaning.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property.

Secure valuables, personal belongings, and sensitive items.

Keep pets safely contained.

Disclose any hazards (broken furniture, unstable surfaces, pest issues, etc.).

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

7. Damage & Breakage Policy

Accidents are rare, but if they occur:

You must report any damage within 24 hours of service.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or reimburse at our discretion.

Items that are already unstable, loose, or improperly installed are not covered.

8. Health & Safety

We will not clean:

Mold beyond surface level

Human or animal waste

Hazardous or unsafe environments

Vermin-infested areas

If such conditions are discovered, service may be paused or cancelled.

9. Weather Policy

Severe weather may require rescheduling. We will notify you as early as possible in these cases.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, harassment, or repeated policy violations.
